We here at Willzan construction have over 23years of working in the construction industry and we are members of the National Guild of Master Craftsmen. With that experience we can bring to you a fully professional and friendly service. Whether that is getting a BER, a room plastered an extension or a new house built. It is our aim to make it a pleasant and worthwhile experience for you.

Building Energy Rating

From the 1ST of January 2009 all Dwellings domestic and commercial that are put up for sale or rent must have a Building Energy Rating (BER). We have fully qualified building energy rating assessors that will provide you with a complete survey of your property and with the accompanying advisory report you can see what improvement can to be made to improve on your energy consumption and reduce energy bills.

  If you are selling or renting your property after the 1st of January 2009 you will need it and our team will provide you with a professional and friendly service.
 Building energy rating is a procedure that measures the energy and carbon that your house uses & produces and the certificate will last for up to 10 years
